Also it is quoted by Chrysler that the 300C SRT8 will take corners at 1 G, and the SRT8 Charger at Darlington took the corners at 1.26 G.

The SRT-8 uses 7 quarts of oil when doing an oil change. The original SRT-8's were filled with Moil One 0W40, rated SL. Subsequently, oil formulations were changed to the newer SM rating. Unfortunately, the newer rating is based on the environment - not on keeping your engine in top condition.
My guess is the oil pump, in good condition at maximum rpms, puts out something like 120-160 psi (pretty typical of an inexpensive single stage centrifugal pump). A lot of this pressure is lost pumping thru the oil filter bringing you down to the nominal 35-110 psi for delivery to the engine at 3000 rpm, a "typical" operating condition.
