Removal is as follows. Top left and right corners you'll see two covers along with one at the bottom where the heated seat buttons are/should be. Remove them with a small hook or flat bladed driver. You'll then see 8mm or 10mm bolts, unscrew them then the whole unit, radio, heater controls and cassette drawer comes out.
