i honestly drink them for the flavors, and also just to feel something at this point. soda can basically do the same thing though, and i have it more often because a 12 pack is almost the same price as a single energy drink, but its less healthy and you have to drink more. 1.

What are some others? They're all crapola and nonsense. Take a caffeine pill and some of your favorite diet beverage or water. Cheaper and they are usually 200mg which is about 2 cups of very strong coffee. I did this as a student but honestly 200mg is not great for working, it will give you a really high/distracting buzz all at once. Some say yes because it can affect blood sugar. I've always had the occasional diet soda and still lost around 60 pounds over my journey. Keep going, if you plateau then try going without for a week and see if it helps.
